West LA VA Land - Ongoing Issue Gets Congressional Attention

Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans
The attached letter and Resolution were sent last week to Speaker of the House Congressman John Boehner, and delivery of the package has been confirmed. It contained the same supportive documentation and photos as sent to President Obama.

We are respectfully requesting that Cong. Boehner direct a Congressional Investigation be opened into the "Misappropriation of Veterans Property and the Maltreatment of Disabled and Disadvantaged Veterans at the National Veterans Home in the 30th Congressional District in Los Angeles, California."

What has transpired at the largest VA in the nation is a national disgrace of Biblical proportion as there have been serious criminal acts committed against Veterans property rights and their human rights. This did not happen overnight. It was orchestrated over recent decades.

As a result, Los Angeles has become our nation's capital for homeless Veterans, even though there is a National Home deeded to prevent any Veteran from being homeless in this area. There are an estimated 20,000 homeless Veterans in Los Angeles who have been exiled from their rightful "Home."

Accordingly, there needs to be a serious investigation into credible evidence of Misappropriation of Government Property and Funds, Fraud, Grand Theft, Malfeasance, Corruption, Embezzlement, Aiding and Abetting, Racketeering, Collusion, Cronyism, Duplicity, Torture, Willful Neglect, Violation of Americans With Disability Act; Humiliating and Degrading Treatment; Human Rights Violation, Reckless Disregard; Endangerment; Discrimination, Harassment, Intimidation, Oppression, Stalking, Espionage, Selective Enforcement, Falsified Police Citations, Falsified Police Reports, Falsified Evidence, Falsified Arrest Warrant, Malicious Prosecution, Abuse of Power, Violating Oath of Office, Obstruction of Justice, Terrorism, Tyranny, Treason, and other willful and wrongful activities perpetrated against America’s Military Veterans..

Please contact your Congressional Representatives and demand an immediate, comprehensive and uncompromising investigation into one of the biggest land-fraud scams and crimes against humanity in American history.

We have requested, and now look forward to President Barack Obama stepping forward and executing a Presidential Executive Order to evict all unlawful and unauthorized occupants on Veterans property and to call for the allocation of full and mandatory funding to demolish the ruinous and vacant buildings at the Veterans Home and construct a new and modern "Grand Home and Gardens," posthaste.

We are also looking forward to Congress investigating into heinous crimes committed against the men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces, including how two Federal criminals can still be running the largest VA in the nation without impunity.

The crime is rampant and so is Veterans homelessness. There's an obvious connection here!

This Congressional Investigation needs to expose the "crime boss" behind the atrocities perpetrated against the innocent men and women who have defended not only our own freedom, but freedom in other countries around the world.

Correspondingly, those who organized and operated this despicable "crime machine" against our disabled and disadvantaged Veterans need to be tried before The Hague's International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court because of their torturous, cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment against Veterans who served with honor to protect peace and freedom around the world.

Is it Torture When an American Veteran is Homeless?

Don't wait! Contact your Congressional Representatives now and demand a full investigation into biggest land-fraud scam and crimes against humanity in American history.

There are 20,000 disabled and disadvantaged Veterans who are living homeless and hungry on the dangerous streets of Los Angeles and they are depending upon us to "Bring them HOME."
