New Administrator Appointed For Redding Veterans Home

Sacramento - Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today names Timothy Bouseman the new Administrator for the Veterans Home of California – Redding.

Timothy Bouseman, of Redding holds a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Management from National American University comes to the home with an extensive background in Healthcare experience.

“CalVet could not be more pleased with the addition of Mr. Bouseman whose experience will be a great asset to the home” said CalVet Undersecretary for Veterans Homes Diane Vanderpot.

Bouseman comes to the veterans home from Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation – Canyonwood where he has served as the Executive Director since 2012. From 2010 to 2012 Bouseman was the nursing home administrator at the American Health Foundation, Willow Gardens Care Center and nursing home administrator at Care Initiatives from 2007 to 2010.

Bouseman is a veteran who served active duty for the United States Air Force from 1996 to 2003 and as an Air Force leadership instructor from 2003 to 2007.
