In honor of the first Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day in California (March 30, 2010 Gubernatorial proclamation - http://gov.ca.gov/press-release/14707/), the California Department of Veterans Affairs has linked to its homepage the Vietnam Memorial virtual wall.

This on-line memorial includes the names of all the service men and women who died during the Vietnam War. As we remember that conflict that ended nearly 40 years ago for this country, and as we officially welcome home those veterans who served during the Vietnam War, it is also appropriate to remember those men and women who didn’t make it home.
