Determine budget needed
Methods of raising funds (Veterans Organizations, GI Forum, Hollywood, Media Telemundo, Univision). Sgt Major Morales will report by phone
Credit Card donations
Professional fundraisers
Need concept drawing to raise funds
Discussion of how other monuments raised money and were built
Political help from the Hispanic Caucus
