Veteran & business panel: Veterans will describe their journey from the military to Disney and Disney business leaders will discuss their learning’s and success in hiring Veterans
Three custom-designed sessions from Disney Institute in the areas of quality service, employee engagement and leadership - all with a focus on Veteran hiring
Closing keynote followed by an evening networking session
Non profit partners and numerous government agencies presentations throughout the day with information tables on services they provide

Each participant will take home a specially created participant guide that compliments what they’ve learned and allows them to quickly establish their own veteran hiring program. We are excited to share with that on November 14th, Disney is offering a free ‘Veterans Institute’ Workshop to encourage and support hiring of military Veterans. Disney will share expertise of its ‘Heroes Work Here’ initiative with small- and mid-sized companies to help them build their own Veteran-hiring programs. The complimentary one-day seminar at Walt Disney World will feature an array of experts, classes from the Disney Institute and the tools, policies and networks used in the Disney Veteran program. At the close of this workshop, participants will have an entire Veteran staffing program that can be implemented immediately.
